Occasionally, products of all types might not meet the manufacturer's standards or have issues right from the start. Thankfully, most brands we carry offer generous warranty coverage and we're happy to provide assistance in the process.

Some brands prefer to handle warranty claims directly with end-users, which often leads to faster resolutions for all involved, while some brands allow us to handle warranty claims on their behalf.

To expedite the process, we recommend gathering the following information before reaching out to the manufacturer or submitting a claim to us:

  • Receipt(s) - Original receipts are required no matter where you purchased the item from.
  • Part Number and/or Serial Number - Check with the brand's website below if you need help finding this info.
  • Clear Photos and/or Video - Especially if the issue is with an errant sound or movement, a high-res video that clearly shows the issue is recommended.
