Sedona is one of the best places on earth to ride a mountain bike! We are happy you will be riding with us, and you will be too! Showing up prepared will make the rental process easy and fun! Q: Does my bike rental include a helmet?
A: Yes! All rentals include helmets. We provide entry-level helmets such as the Bontrager Solstice or similar. Helmets are not required, but we encourage you to wear one whenever on a bike.
Q: Does my rental include flat or clipless pedals?
A: Yes! All rentals include pedals. You can see our rental pedal options here! Feel free to bring your own as well, and we will install them.
Q: I need a backpack! Can you rent me one?
A: Yes! We have a limited supply of Osprey packs available. They are free of charge! You will need to supply your bladder or water bottles.
Q: Will my bike rental come with a flat kit?
A: Yes! Every rental bike includes a flat kit. Kits include at least: Tube(s), entry-level pump, entry-level multi-tool, tire levers. Flat kits are not attached to the bikes. You will need to carry them.
Q: What is your damage policy?

Q: Wow! This bike is incredible. Can I buy it?
A: Yes; if we can let it go, you can take it home with you. If not, we can ship it directly to your home tax-free (Out of state sales only) at a later date.
Q: I have rented bikes from you. Will you put that money towards the purchase of the bike?
A: Yes! We offer up to $200 of your rental fees towards the purchase of the bike you rode (or a new one). Taxes and car rack/tailgate pad rentals do not apply. Rental fees cannot be shared. Your rental fees will be deducted from your new bike only.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Our cancellation policy is here! All cancellations will incur at least a 10% cancellation fee if not rescheduled.
Q: I need to reschedule. Should I make a new reservation?
A: When rescheduling, please email [email protected]. We will re-activate your original reservation with the new dates & bikes.
Q: When is my payment due?
A: Payment is due at the time of booking.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept for rental bikes?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express! We do not accept cash or check for rentals.
Q: How long are your bike rentals?
A: The rental day is from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM (not 24 hours).
Q: When can I pick up my bike?
A: You may pick up your bike starting at 9 AM. BONUS! If available, you may pick up the evening before your scheduled rental beginning at 5 PM so that you can ride early or late!
Q: When is my bike due back?
A: Your bike is due back by 6:00 PM on the due date or is subject to an additional one-day charge.
Q: Can I return my bike late?
A: No, Bicycles are due back no later than 6:00 PM.
Q: I want to keep my bike for a few more days. Can I extend my reservation and pay when I return?
A: No, if you would like to extend your reservation, please call us by 6:00 PM of the last day of your reservation. Payment is due upfront. There is a high chance your bike is already reserved for the next day.
Q: Can I keep my bike overnight at my hotel?
A: Yes! You can keep your bike overnight if booking a multi-day reservation.
Q: Can I reserve a bike on a holiday that you are closed?
A: You can book your bike through the holiday. You cannot pick up or return your bike on a holiday. We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Q: Do I need to complete my waiver?
A: Yes! Waivers must be completed for all rentals before you can ride the bike. Please complete your waiver before picking up your bike as it is much easier and faster at home.
Q: What are your hours?
A: We are open 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week. We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Bring the stoke! Please remember to bring your riding gear! If you forget anything, we rent or sell most of everything you will need. Credit Card and Driver's License / Passport / Government Issued Id are required for rental.
Q: How long will it take to get on the trails once I arrive?
A: Please give yourself 30 minutes to pick up your bike, get fitted, and learn about our incredible trails!
Q: I am flying to Phoenix. How long does it take to get to Sedona?
A: If flying to Phoenix, we recommend setting aside four hours from your expected arrival time at Phoenix-area airports to the time you start riding. If landing after 3:00 PM, schedule your rental for the next day as you may not make it in time.
Q: Do you rent car racks? Can I reserve one?
A: Car racks are available for rent at $10 per day. Racks are available in-store only. We do not book them in advance (Don't worry, we have plenty!) When picking up your rental car, be aware of SUVs with rear plastic spoilers as they are very flimsy and will not hold three full suspension bikes safely. Learn about our car racks here!
Q: Do you rent truck tailgate pads? Can I reserve one?
A: Truck tailgate pads are FREE! We encourage you to rent a truck vs. a regular car. If needing a rental vehicle, trucks are the way to go! A mid-size truck (F150) will hold four people and four bikes easily! Easy for you, us, and our bikes! Like our car racks, tailgate pads are not available to reserve in advance.
